At Artifact Leather Company, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for all unused leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with a return or an exchange to ensure you find the perfect piece.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused leather goods in their original dust bag and packaging to ensure they are protected from scratches or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
